These Terms and Conditions govern all bookings made with Marrakech City Travel (“we”, “us”, “our”). By booking a tour with us, you agree to the terms below.
A deposit of 35% of the total tour price is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is payable on arrival, in cash or by card, unless otherwise agreed.
Please be ready at your hotel or riad at the agreed pickup time. If you are not ready within a reasonable waiting period, the tour may depart without you, and cancellation terms will apply.
All prices are shown in euros (EUR) per person, unless stated otherwise. Prices for private tours may vary depending on group size, as shown on each tour page. We reserve the right to update prices at any time, but the price confirmed at the time of your booking will be honoured.
While we make every effort to follow the published itinerary, routes and stops may be adjusted due to weather, road conditions, local events, or safety reasons. We will always aim to offer an equivalent experience.
Marrakech City Travel works with licensed drivers and guides and takes reasonable care to ensure your safety. We are not liable for loss, injury, or delay caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to weather, road closures, or force majeure events.
We ask all travellers to respect local customs, our drivers and guides, and other participants on shared tours. We reserve the right to end a tour early, without refund, in cases of unsafe or disrespectful behaviour.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco.
